Practicing a Meatless Monday when you love meat and fish and eggs and all things non-vegetarian, can be hard. The only reason I have any self-control is because I observe the Meatless Monday for religious reasons. Basically, if it weren’t for the Gods, I wouldn’t eat vegetables. Moving along. If ever the idea to eat out arises on a Meatless Monday, I only ever end up picking Italian or Indian or Lebanese because they seem to be the easiest. One of my absolute favorite picks dish wise on Mondays is a good Mushroom Risotto. More or less any Italian Restaurant will serve you a plate of Mushroom Risotto but I thought I should share 5 places that had me licking the plate after the risotto was all gone.
