Competition – Afternoon tea for two at Fortnum & Mason

What better way to bring in the weekend than with a competition!

We’ve teamed up with the wonderful Fortnum & Mason to offer one reader the opportunity to win a fabulous Afternoon tea for two.

Fortnum’s delightful afternoon tea takes place in the Tea Salon located on the first floor of the stand-alone three-storey building beside Dubai Mall and The Address Hotel. Along with one of the best, unobstructed views of Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building, you’ll be treated to finger sandwiches such as rare roast beef with gherkins and caper dressing, coronation chicken, smoked salmon with lemon dill butter and more. Our favourite – perfectly crumbly scones – are served with Somerset clotted cream and your choice of Fortnum’s preserves (wild blueberry, strawberry, raspberry, apricot) and lemon curd. Not to forget the crowning glory which includes individual cakes and treats displayed on the counter. Delicate mouthfuls of fruit, chocolate, pastry and cream which are truly miniature masterpieces.

Round off this quintessentially English experience with your choice of Fortnum’s Famous Teas from the wide selection which have been sourced and sold by Fortnum’s for the last 300 years.

To enter, all you have to do is:

  1. Subscribe to She said, She said by entering your email address in the bar on the right (this works best on a computer rather than on a phone)
  2. Follow @shesaidshesaid_dxb on Instagram
  3. Follow @fortnumsdubai on Instagram
  4. Leave a comment on this post saying ‘DONE’

This competition is open until 18th April and the prize is valid for UAE residents only (unless you’re willing to fly out to Dubai!). The winner will be announced on 20th April.
