One must do experience in Dubai is breakfast at the highest restaurant in the world – At.mosphere in Burj Khalifa.
I’m personally not a fan of going to the tallest tower/ viewpoint in any city but its different in Dubai. Firstly, you are in Burj Khalifa which is the tallest building in the WORLD! Secondly, its location in downtown gives you a good view of old Dubai, new Dubai, some desert, some tall shiny buildings, and on a good day, you can see the Arabian Sea at a distance from high up on the 122nd floor.
Now where else in the world do you get a combination like that?

Moreover, my logic is that if you definitely want to go up the building, why pay to access just the observation deck when you can be a couple of stories lower and combine it with a divine breakfast experience?
The Decadence Menu offers six-courses of luxurious sweet and savoury dishes (hellooo bergamot jam and vanilla butter!). You start off with a selection of pastry; I can vouch for the almond croissant – flaky and filling not too sweet.
You then have a bowl of organic greek yoghurt which has the softest, foam like texture. It is topped with poached pear, pistachios, macadamias and Manuka honey.
A three-tiered stand is then brought to your table with a selection of cold cuts, apple wood smoked sea trout, cheese and fruits.
You can then order your choice of one sweet or savoury main including: eggs, rosti potato, crepes and waffles. Pictured below is the brioche french toast served with blood orange and Amalfi lemon marmalade, and tonka bean ice cream.
An ala carte menu is also available with options like twice baked smoked haddock soufflé, classic egg cocotte, and this lobster scrambled egg (supplied picture below). Dishes priced starting AED 60.
Breakfast at At.mosphere Burj Khalifa is served daily from 7am – 11am (last arrival 10am). The Decadence Menu is priced at AED 325 per person. UAE residents get 35% discount if you show your Emirates ID.
